Pebble’s Pastries strives to process and ship all orders for the requested delivery time to you, our customer. Our aim is to offer our cutomer the most reliable and affordable delivery options available. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday bewteen 10 am and midday and on Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm.
Returns & Replacements
We guarantee every item we ship. If you are not satisfied just contact Customer Service and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Pebble’s cakes are perishable food. Our cheesecakes and some of our other cakes require refrigeration. Courier will pick up and deliver on the delivery date selected. While we carefully select which courier companies to use, we are not in a position to guarantee that every order arrives within the typical delivery time. There can be a variety of reasons why shipments may occasionally become delayed in transit and we regret the we are not in a position to refund any shipping charges for delayed shipments.
On the day an order ships from us we inform the customer and in cases where the recipient address may be hard to locate (or unknown to the particular courier company) we recommend that the customer makes contact with the courier company to make arrangements regarding delivery.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards. The price of each product is shown next to each item. The price does not include shipping charges. We do have promotions such as coupon codes and discount pricing for large orders. If you are interested in our large order discounts contact us at email@example.com.

Updating Account Information
All account information is updated in My Account. You automatically get an account when you register. In my account you can review orders, add addresses, create wish lists and change your account settings.
