What you'll need...

1 package of Pebbles Pastries Vegan Vanilla Cake mix

½ cup of Coconut Flakes (shredded)

1 teaspoon of coconut extract or essence

Toasted coconut for decoration (if necessary)


Instructions –

  1. Pre heat oven 350 degrees
  2. Prepare Vegan Vanilla Cake Mix as per instructions on packaging
  3. Fold in coconut flakes (do not over mix)
  4. Pour batter in prepared baking tins or cupcake pan with liners.
  5. Bake as per instructions on package
  6. Make your preferred icing and decorate cake or cupcakes.
  7.  Add the toasted coconut to top of icing (as desired).
